PeaceBike Interview
Kip: Oregon
Kip is 11 years old. PeaceBike: What do you like to do for fun, Kip? Kip: I like to go and play in the woods. My grandad has 108 acres and me and my cousins go in there and we make forts and stuff. We just found a cave and we found the beginning of a creek. PeaceBike: What can you do to be more of a peacemaker this year? Kip: I have said the "Hands are not for Hurting" Pledge at school and if we show one of the qualities like honesty, and integrity and that stuff we will get a bead for that month, so if you started out in kindergarten you would have this sweet bunch of beads. I'm also a mediator at my school. PeaceBike: What do you think about this bike ride and where would you go if you were riding with us for a week? Kip: I think it is good. I would go back to India. (Kip was born in India and has lived there before as a 10 year old.) I would like maybe get lost and then I would find some of my friends and they would help me out! I'd like to go back to India. Yah, that would be great!
