Mr. Lee, CEO, is the first one to make an offering during the ceremony Each person who made an offering lighted the incense, put it in the incense holder, poured rice wine into a bowl, waved the bowl three times in circles through the smoke of the incense and then bowed twice(head to the ground). Then paper bills would be stuck into various holes of the pig's head. Soon it looked like the pig had a real smoking addiction Mr. Lee then burns some paper Frank enjoys his rice pastries Then after the pig's head has eaten the bills, the pigs head is eaten...along with rice cakes, rice pastries, peanuts, spicy veggies, beer, pop, and rice wine Frank and some of his vendor friends This fellow became instant friends with Frank and ended up giving him many souvenirs.
