"On the Trail"
Thursday, Aug 16, 2001: More of Louise's Family - Penegamook to Hull, Quebec
Frank here...
We said, "Goodbye" to Louise's Aunt's Celine and Terese who were such gracious hosts. We drove through Montreal on the way to Hull. Unfortunately we could not visit with my new friends Martin and Katia whom I met on a bus in Sicily. Martin had me connected with a French radio station interviewer, but she was too ill to meet with me.
We continued to Ottawa. I kept the drive interesting by playing and singing one of my favorite blues songs for Louise - "Nose Opened". We did not stop until we got to the building where her twin boys Caen and Justin lived. It was nice to hear their excited voices talk about their endeavors and future plans as Political Science students and Student Federation Union members.
The day ended in Hull, Quebec at Louise's brother's - Chris. Like the first time I met him over a year ago, he had great cooking and we all stayed up very late catching up on things.
- Even if goals that are set too high are not reached, the results could still have high standards.
